Health & Wellbeing Fortnight

Today is the last day of our action-packed Health & Wellbeing Fortnight. The whole school has been engaged in a wide range of activities linked to physical and emotional health, all organised by Mrs Hooper, our Sport and Physical Activity Leader. The following activities have been on offer:
  • Balance bike training
  • Cycling training
  • Scooter training
  • Yoga
  • Vegetable sculpture challenge
  • Healthy eating 'Bush Tucker Trials'
  • Dance workshops
  • Whole school play activity afternoon
  • CPR training
  • Mindfulness
  • Sponsored 1K to raise money for a defibrillator
  • Tennis coaching
  • Visiting Ilkley Tennis Tournament
  • Basketball coaching
  • Karate workshops
  • Basketball workshops
